Dribbling with a smaller ball

One of the best ways to get better at controlling the ball is to play football with a smaller ball and weight. You can use a futsal ball if you have access to one, or a size 2 or 3 football. You’ll have more time to practice your footwork and ball control because the ball will remain on the ground.

If plastic cones are not available, obstacles spaced at regular intervals will work just as well. They can also be purchased online. Juggling
