24/11/2010 - Winter Indoor/Outdoor Soccer Courses – Book online open

Winter Courses in Geneva (Bout du Monde), Versoix, Gland, Vevey, Zug, Zurich all have courses now ready to book online. Geneva, Gland and Vevey have courses starting in early December. Versoix, Zug and Zurich start in January.

All courses are in indoor sports halls except at Versoix which continues outside at Centre Sportif. To secure places for the winter term reserve via the book online section on the website as soon as possible. For those who miss the first few sessions don’t worry you can still pay pitchside, if places are available. Whether beginnner or club player, there is space for everyone on the fun courses.

Mini Soccer Courses for 3-6 year olds, After School courses for 4 to 13 year olds, are all available, please check your region. We also hope to announce courses for Lausanne and Basel if a suitable facility is found.

For those who want to play on the weekend an Indoor Saturday Soccer course will run Indoors at Founex, see weekend soccer section.

24/11/2010 - Winter Indoor Saturday Soccer in Founex – Book Now

Saturday Soccer starts in Founex on the 11 December and runs till late March, book online is now open.

The Saturday Soccer League (8-12s) and Fun Footy (5-7s) will take place each Saturday indoors in the La Chataigneraie International School Indoor Hall which splits into 2 separate sections.

This will be a great course for the winter and the price has been set lower than normal so that if you miss some weeks for skiing you are still getting good value

To reserve your place and pay for the course please book online as soon as possible. Please spread the word! More info can be found on the relevant sections on the website. Outdoor Saturday Soccer returns to Founex, Zurich, Zug & Lausanne in mid to late  March depending on region.

24/11/2010 - Versoix outdoors courses during winter

After School courses continue outside at Versoix at Centre Sportif as they have for the last 2 years during the winter.

These will be great fun courses and designed to give children maximum enjoyment and keep them very warm.

Courses will run on Wednesdays for 7 to 10 year olds and on Thursdays 8 to 13 year olds. All children need to be wrapped up warm.

24/11/2010 - Winter Holiday Days Camps January & February - Book Now

Indoor Holiday Day Camps will be running all week at La Chataigneraie International School, Founex in the Indoor Hall for 5 to 13 year olds from 3rd to 7th January. Choose 1,2,3 4 or more days.

This will be a great fun course for the winter holidays and a great way for children to improve their skills and technique.

There will also be holiday day camps in Founex during February half term and also in Geneva, please see Holiday Camps on the website. Possible to book for 1,2,3 or more days.

Courses are already available for booking via the book online. Easter Camps and Summer Camps will be announced soon.

Book Online is now open for all courses during the Autumn Term for Boys and Girls of ALL abilities from 3 to 13 years old. Whether beginner or club player there is space for everyone on the fun courses running in various Swiss cities including Geneva,Versoix, Founex, Gland, Lausanne, Vevey, Basel, Zug and Zurich.

Mini Soccer Courses for 3-6 year olds, After School courses for 5 to 13 year olds, specialist courses for Goalkeepers and Girls are all available. 

There is also weekend soccer in Founex and Zug as usual, however this term we are starting new courses in Lausanne and Zurich.

For all courses you can come and try out for FREE in the first 2 weeks if you haven’t tried InterSoccer before, however the sooner you reserve your place via the Book Online the sooner your place is secured. If you miss the first few sessions, don’t worry you can still pay pitchside if places left via Bank versement through the Head Coach.

Girls Only After School Courses will take place at Centre Sportif Versoix and Centre Sportif de Vessy during the Autumn term. Places are still available and can be booked now…

We want more girls in soccer so these courses are a great chance for girls of all abilities aged 6-13 to learn new skills. The courses run weekly and are fun-packed with the finest coaches around.

Girls courses run Wednesday and Friday at Versoix and Tuesday at Vessy. Girls can also join courses on other days of the week which are mixed from 3 years and upwards.

24/08/2010 - Autumn Day Camps – Book your place now!

Autumn Day Camps will be running from end of September until end of October in Switzerland and can now be booked online! There are places available for all courses so please go ahead and book…

Courses will be running in Basel, Bern, Geneva, Founex, Lausanne, Vevey, Zug and Zurich. First camp is in Basel end of September (Basel also has second camp week 18 October), all other regions have camps in October, please check website for all dates.

Full Day Camps for 5 to 13 years (10:00-15:00) allows a child to register for 1,2,3 or more days allowing a huge amount of flexibility and offers a huge amount of fun and challenges for the children. Parents can drop off from 09:00 in the morning.

Mini Camps 3 to 5 years (10:00-12:00) with supervised drop offs are possible from 09:30ish can also be done in Geneva and Founex venues this Autumn for the first time for 1,2,3 or more days. Mini Camps are mornings only and offer a great opportunity for Boys & Girls 3 to 5 years to have a huge amount of fun whilst improving their footballing ability.

If wet weather then each venue has an indoor area where fun indoor activities can take place so the camps go ahead whatever the weather. Make sure you get a spot and visit our Book Online today.

For all After School and Mini Soccer Courses FREE trials will be available for all children from 3 to 13 years old.

Free trials will be available for the first 2 weeks of the course only before book online closes. This is an excellent chance for children of all abilities to experience soccer and see if they want to continue with the course.

A second Girls Camps will take place during the summer holidays at Centre Sportif Versoix on the week 16 August. Places are still available.

09/08/2010 - Back 2 School Tournament – Sign up Now!

There will be a fun Back 2 School Tournament for Boys and Girls from 5 to 13 years old. Whether beginnner or club player there is space for everyone on this fun packed day that will include lots of small sided matches as well as fun games, penalty shoot outs and a medal for everyone. The tournament will run in Versoix on the last Friday of the holiday, Friday 27 August from 10:00-15:00 with supervised drop off possible from 09:00. Its open to any child even if didn’t attend a camp this summer.

14/07/2010 - Soccer Freestyler Camp – Woody is back – Book Now!

Want to learn some great soccer tricks? Want to improve your skills & technique? Meet & be coached by one of the worlds top soccer freestylers?

As part of the InterSoccer Camp on week 2nd August at ALL venues, Paul Wood (Woody) , one of the Worlds Greatest Soccer Freestylers will be coaching lots of tricks, flicks plus some great skills & techniques. Children of all abilities welcome…

Woody will be visiting four camps – Versoix, Basel, Bern and Zug for 1 day each and will be accompanied by some fantastic InterSoccer coaches. Mini (except Bern), Junior & Academy Camps will run from Monday to Thursday in each city as usual.

14/07/2010 - 1700 Finish in Versoix for 2 Camp weeks – Book Now!

Great news for working parents, there are 2 Versoix Summer Camps that will be running till 17:00.

Soccer Camps (Junior & Academy) on the week of 19 July and 9 August at Versoix only will finish at 1700. For those who want their children to finish slightly earlier this is possible but please inform the Head Coach.

The Coaching programme due to the hot weather in the summer is designed so that the children have lots of breaks and lots of time in the shade. There are also great Activity Books that we have designed for the Summer Camp plus quizzes which help break the day up so children are not running in the sun for too long a period.

14/07/2010 - Academy Camps 10-16 yrs – Andy Massey Millwall FC Coach is back – Book Now!

Professional Soccer Coach Andy Massey , Millwall FC (English 1st Division) Under 16 Coach will be back to run the Academy Camp at Versoix on week 26 July.

This is always a fantastic week for the children/teenagers and this year its been expanded to incorporate children up to the age of 16 years.

Academy Camps for 10-13 year olds run at each camp (numbers permitting) during the summer and are a great chance for those older children to take their footballing skill to the next level. 

The Coaching programme due to the hot weather in the summer is designed so that the children have lots of breaks and lots of time in the shade as well as having a great time on the pitch.

25/06/2010 - Goalkeepers & Girls Camps – Book now!

Goalkeepers and Girls Camps will take place during the summer in different parts of Switzerland.

We want more girls in soccer so these camps are a great chance for girls of all abilities aged 5-13 to learn new skills. It’s a fun-packed week with the finest coaches around. In week 5th July, Karen Hills, Tottenham Hotspurs Girls Coach will be running the camp at Versoix. There will be a second camp in August at Versoix.

During the week 5th July there is also a camp in Zug again with some great coaches.

There are also Goalkeepers Camps being staged in Geneva, Versoix, Lausanne and Vevey. Whether you have had goalkeeper experience before, played for fun with friends or even just wanted to try out as a goalkeeper, this course is a superb opportunity to have fun & improve your skills & learn more.

A week of fun, thrills and exciting new soccer challenges is guaranteed at the Mini Camps from 10:00 to 12:30 each day for Boys & Girls 3-5 year olds. Great chance for children to develop their skills further & have an amazing week. Places available for all courses.

The camps are staged in all regions (except Bern) which includes Basel, Geneva, Versoix, Gland, Lausanne, Vevey, Zug & Zurich.

Coaching includes fun ball control exercises, simple technical skills, fun shooting, small sided games, mini tournaments & lots of really fun games for the younger children!

The Coaching programme due to the hot weather in the summer is designed so that the children have lots of breaks and lots of time in the shade. There are also great Activity Books that we have designed for the Mini Summer Camp which help break the morning up so children are not running in the sun for too long a period.

02/06/2010 - World Cup Tournaments – Sign up Now!

June and the beginning of July sees a number of fun orientated World Cup Tournaments in Switzerland for Boys and Girls from 4 to 13 years old (depending on region). Whether beginnner or club player there is space for everyone. The events run in various Swiss cities including La Chataigneraie School, Founex on Sunday 6 June, La Veyre in Vevey on Sunday 20 June, Bachgraben Sports Complex in Basel, Sunday 20 June and FC Seefeld, Zurich, Sunday 4 July. All tournaments are from 10:00-15:00 with supervised drop off possible from 09:00.

In Founex on 6 June there is also a fun Mini Tournament for children 4 to 5 year olds from 10:00 till 12:00.

For those who want to play on the weekend there are various courses available on a Saturday in Founex and Sunday in Zug, both ready for booking now on our book online.

Every Saturday at La Chataineraie School, Founex there is Fun Footy for 5 to 7 year olds which is all about fun learning and improving new skills and increasing knowledge by playing fun games and matches. 01/04/2010 - Easter & Spring Break Holiday Camps – Book Now!

There are Easter Camps during second week of the holidays (6-9th April) which can now be booked including at most cites Mini Easter Camps morning only for 4 to 5 year olds, 3 in Founex and Geneva.

We are visiting Basel, Founex, Geneva, Vevey, Zug and Zurich. We will also be staging a Spring Break Camp in Versoix week 12th April and Zurich on the week 26 April.

Supervised drop off is possible from 0900, camp finishing at 1500, and you can choose which days you do, so your child could do 1,2, or even 3 or more days. Mini Easter Camps are running from 1000-1200.

To secure place book via the Book Online section on the website which closes at 1800 the day before each day. For those who miss the deadline, don’t worry, you can still pay pitchside for a slightly higher price. Please spread the word to friends and colleagues.

12/03/2010 - Matt Tembo - Rest in Peace

Matt Tembo It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Matt Tembo one of our former Football Coaches whilst studying in America.

He spent two years with InterSoccer during which time we appreciated all of his qualities.

He loved his sports especially football and his support for his favourite football team Chelsea was always strong.

He was very popular with the children and gained the affections of all who came in contact with him.

Our thoughts and sympathy go out to his family at this very sad and difficult time.

He will be a tragic loss to everyone and will be sadly missed by all at InterSoccer.

01/03/2010 - Spring & Summer & Weekend Courses - Ready to Book!

Book online is now open for all courses during the Spring and Summer Term for Boys and Girls from 3 to 13 years old. Whether beginnner or club player there is space for everyone on the fun courses running in various Swiss cities including Geneva, Versoix, Gland, Lausanne, Vevey. Zug and Zurich will also have dates announced soon.

Mini Soccer Courses for 3-6 year olds, After School courses for 5 to 13 year olds, specialist courses for Goalkeepers and Girls are all available.

For all courses you can come and try out for free in the first 2 weeks if you haven’t tried InterSoccer before, however the sooner you reserve your place via the Book Online the sooner your place is secured. If you miss the first few sessions, don’t worry you can still pay pitchside if places.

01/03/2010 - Easter Holiday Camps – Book Now!

Easter Camps are now ready to Book Online ! We are visiting Bern , Basel, Founex, Geneva, Vevey, Lausanne, Zug and Zurich during the Easter break. We will also be staging a Spring Break Camp in Zurich on the week 26 April.

Easter Day Camps will run on week 29 March in Founex, Zurich and Lausanne and week 6 April in Bern, Basel, Founex, Geneva, Vevey, Zug, Zurich. Supervised drop off is possible from 0900, camp finishing at 1500, and you can choose which days you do, so your child could do 1,2, or even 3 or more days.

There will also be Mini Easter Camps for morning only in most regions, this is for 4 to 5 year olds with courses running from 10h-12h.

To secure place book via the Book Online section on the website which closes at 1800 the day before each day. For those who miss the deadline, don’t worry, you can still pay pitchside for a slightly higher price.

01/03/2010 - Saturday & Sunday Courses – Ready to Book!

For those who want to play on the weekend there are various courses available on a Saturday in Founex and Sunday in Zug, both ready for booking now on our Book Online.

Every Saturday at la Chataineraie School, Founex there is Fun Footy for 5 to 7 year olds which is all about fun learning and improving new skills and increasing knowledge by playing fun games and matches. For 8 to 12s there is the Saturday Soccer League where players are put in to a team and play competitive matches for the whole season.

In Zug (FC Hunenberg) we will now have Mini Soccer every Saturday morning for 3 to 5s and Sunday Soccer for 6 to 12s where there is coaching and a lot of emphasis on playing matches, especially for the older children.

Great news, there are Indoor Holiday Camps at La Chataigneraie International School, Founex for boys and girls of all abilities from 5-13 years and at Bout du Monde, Vessy (Geneva) in the February holidays.

Day Camps will run from Monday 22nd to Friday 26th with supervised drop off possible from 9:00, camp finishing at 15:00, and you can choose which days you do, so your child could do 1,2, or even 3 or more days. In Geneva last day of camp is Thursday.

To secure place book via the Book Online section on the website which closes at 18:00 the day before each day. For those who miss the deadline, don’t worry, you can still pay pitchside for a slightly higher price. Whether beginnner or club player there is space for everyone on the courses.

12/01/2010 - Indoor Saturday Soccer – Places available

Indoor Saturday Soccer starts on 9 January for 5 to 12 year olds and places are still available via the book online until 22 January. After this please email steve@intersoccer.ch if you still wish to join.

For 5 to 7 year olds there is Fun Footy where children will be taught skills/techniques, fun games plus the chance to play in matches.

For 8 to 12s there will be the opportunity to play matches/tournaments every Saturday morning. Coaching takes place in the well equipped old indoor gym at La Chataigneraie International School, Founex.

For this Winter term there are lots of indoor and outdoor after school courses, there are still places available for boys and girls of all abilities from 3 to 13 years. Courses run in Geneva, Versoix, Founex, Gland, Vevey, Zurich, Winterthur & Zug until February and March.

In most regions book online has closed (see each course for details or check the book online) however if you have missed the start of the course its still possible to join. If interested in a course where book online is closed please email steve@intersoccer.ch stating course you are interested in and in which region.
